Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in an IT/network environment.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional experience as an instructor for users of system applications, or at least two years in a customer support / help desk role.
• Skillful at communicating with users without the use of jargon or techno-babble.
